Ju-Te Young Warriors exists to disciple children ages 6–18 in the principles of the Gentle Hand: total relaxation, ethical restraint, situational awareness, and “Turn the other cheek” as strategic mastery rooted in Christ. Through safe physical activity, we train the body to reflect a heart that is still in Him, preparing young warriors to protect the innocent while glorifying God.Core Philosophy

• Relaxation is the mother of speed, sensitivity, and spiritual clarity.
• Tension and ego destroy both technique and testimony.
• “Turn the other cheek” is not passive surrender but sovereign, faith-filled mastery (Matthew 5:39).

Christian-Based Lineage of the Musashi Shinobi Samurai Clan and Ju-TeThe Ju-Te Young Warriors program stands in a living, Christian-infused lineage that traces back through the historic Order of Musashi Shinobi Samurai Clan (Musashi Ichizoku). This clan served the Tokugawa Shogunate from 1582 to 1868 as onmitsu (undercover agents), metsuke (inspectors), and diplomats, combining shinobi intelligence-gathering with samurai martial discipline.The clan’s modern Christian reformation began with Shibata Sen’ichi Tatsunojo (柴田 専一 龍之丞, 1888–1956). In 1917, Sen’ichi Tatsunojo reformed the order by joining the Salvation Army, a Christian organization dedicated to spiritual and social reform. He explicitly instructed the clan to remain a secret society for 50 years after his death, preserving its traditions while infusing them with Christian values of service, humility, and moral integrity. This marked a profound shift: the shinobi arts, once tools of wartime intelligence, were reframed as instruments of peace, ethical conduct, and service to others — principles that directly parallel Ju-Te’s emphasis on minimal force, protection of the innocent, and stillness as faith.Upon the completion of the 50-year secrecy period, Shibata Kiyomi Suzak (柴田 清美 朱雀, 1951–), granddaughter of Sen’ichi Tatsunojo and current family/clan leader, assumed leadership. In 2006 she established the Jidai Academy in Tabata, Tokyo, opening the clan’s heritage to public cultural preservation. In 2019 she founded the NPO Musashi Ninshidan, expanding the clan’s mission to international peace-building and cultural exchange.It was under Kiyomi Shibata’s leadership that the iemoto (headmaster) succession was extended to carry forward her grandfather’s Christian values. In recognition of a shared commitment to moral reform, service, and the integration of shinobi discipline with Christ-centered ethics, Kiyomi Shibata formally granted the iemoto certificate to Kenryu Hayek. This succession authorizes the continuation of the Musashi Shinobi Samurai Clan’s Christian lineage through the formation and development of Ju-Te Gentle Hand Christian Warrior Martial Arts. Ju-Te thus becomes the modern expression of the clan’s reformed path: shinobi precision and samurai restraint, now fully surrendered to the lordship of Jesus Christ.This lineage is not merely historical — it is spiritual succession.
